I was given a free ride from the railway station to the hotel. I just gave my booking # and did not have to spend much time at the front-desk. The hotel's people are always welcoming and ever helpful. The front-desk people helped me plan my time and make the best of my 3 day visit to the city. When I used to return to the hotel from my tour trips, it was even better.
