I reached the hotel at 9am they did not have the clue about my booking. I kept on asking for Tea and Breakfast they were more busy with the group customers full in Bus. Unknown passengers were banging my door early in the morning , I called to complain they said we cannot help if someone is banging your door. They asked me to note down their room number and name ..Sounds Funny

Cleanleness, room service and quality of food are poor.
Otherwise, location wise very fantastic and very economical hotel. Persons at reception were very helpful and co-operative.
