We had a good experience while staying at this Trivandrum hotel. The rooms and the ambiance is very good and the front office lady is very police in her approach. Housekeeping supervisor is good. On our arrival the rooms were not clean but when we approached the house keeping supervisor she helped her in getting the rooms cleaned and as per her it was a very busy day and staff had left by then as we checked in the evening. During the second day we had to ask for soaps water etc apart from this I think we have not faced any trouble as such and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends and if I ever visit Trivandrum I would like to stay in the same hotel again.
