The room was dirty. The hotel stinks of cigarette smoke. The front desk is not helpful at all.
The room is not maintained well and dirty.
The room service and the service boys are the only saving grace in the hotel.
The hotel is 20 minutes walk from the Mall Road at Manali and is conveniently located. But it is definitely not worth the money. There are better and cheaper hotels at Manali.

Overall look and feel, cleanliness is not good. There is some awful
damp smell all the time. Restaurant is terribly unclean. Bathroom is
unclean. Room rate is very high compared to the quality of hotel. Other hotels nearby we checked out are much cheaper. Please do not
recommend this hotel.

I booked Hotel Ankit Palace and since there was no rooms available, I was told by the Hotelpushpak.com that they have arranged room in Hotel Nitesh. We reached Manali by 8:30AM and after reaching Manali, I was told that they do not have room in Hotel Nitesh and asked us to stay in Hotel Surya International. Although it was not at par with Hotel Nitesh, the Management and Staff of the hotel Surya International were very good and friendly. The rooms were cleaned regularly and it was neat. Front desk was prompt in attending all our needs!

The Hotel is nice, rooms were well kept but found the bathroom and bathtub not cleaned properly. Nice location near the Beas River, good view of Snow Peaks of Manali, but quite a long walk to the mall road.
