we had a very pleasant stay at this Kodaikanal hotel. The location is perfect as it is very close to the bus stop. A suggestion is that you can improve services by providing water when needed. I also felt that they can keep the toilets more clean.

The Hotel Bala at Kodaikanal was good and it is just opposite to Kodaikanal Bus Stand which was desired by me. It is centrally located and near to main points like Cockers Walk, Lake etc.

The stay was pleasant, but the temperature in the room should have been maintained properly, it was terribly cold.
Soaps, tooth brush and paste were provided only after asking for them, it should have already been put in the toilets.
Its a good hotel just opposite to the bus stand, easy to find. They stay was pleasant, and overall hospitality was good.
