The room and bathroom was poorly maintained......
We asked them to cancel the second night...upon this the front desk manager and colleagues became rude and also deducted Rs.1000.00!!!
Hospitality was ZERO.
DO NOT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Hot water problem is there until we call and inform it was not coming. Fans are not there it is good to have table fan at least as climate is hot. Drinking water should be provided from aqua guard purifier so that it will be good.

Excellent hotel in Ooty to stay. Neat, tidy and very well managed. The staff are very attentive, caring and efficient. This one was a memorable experience. Food was good but a bit expensive.
