Value for money Hotel Location Cleanliness Staff Service Restaurant Stayed on January 16, 2012 Would you stay in this hotel again? No Guest Comments: They were too stingy with paying bills. Paid half in advance and they wanted the rest when checked in, not when checking out! ridiculous. They said breakfast was included, yes it was. But not a restaurant style. Dinner menu was limited....no fish,no meat...They blamed everything on Cyclone. Other hotels and restaurants did not seem to have any problem serving seafood and mutton! Rate for a comparable room in other hotels is lower. Very noisy part of town. Honking beeping from as early as 5:30 am till late in the night.

Value for money Hotel Location Cleanliness Staff Service Restaurant Stayed on October 19, 2011 Would you stay in this hotel again? No Guest Comments: The attitude of Reception staff was very bad. They go as per management rules not guest choices.When i had check in they wanted a print out of the voucher, i showed the message, I asked for extra bed, they said will be charged extra. As this was within the package. I want to short cut the stay for one day, they refused. And taken full payment. Only Continental B/F was offered. No much choice of B/F. eat or leave it!!!. No discount was offered in Room rent as there were hardly some rooms are occupied. 15% extra for Room Service?? The surrounding hotel with Sea facing location offering much lower prices!!!!!. Not a friendly hotel at all!!!!!!!!!!
