Check-in time flexibility to customers shall increase business of this Gaya hotel, because it depends on train timings. As the room was made available as a special case at 0630 hrs, but our precious one hour was lost. Other services, food etc were good, front desk help was very good. We appreciate your overall services as excellent. thanks.

Had booked triple rooms, but was given only double rooms (small rooms). Dirty toilets and very cheap fittings (actually most of the electrical fittings did not leave anything to guess work, all of them very actually visible). The only redeeming feature is the front-desk, very helpful folks and were on call almost 24 hours. No in house restaurant and no free breakfast for a hotel in Gaya. This needs a look-in.

The hotel is near to railway station and on main road. It is neat, clean and room service is excellent. Food they served in the room was of good quality but price to me is more. I think they do not have a restaurant, they only served food to room. Over all my stay was pleasant and happy.
