Our stay at Hotel Arjun in Haridwar was a pleasant experience. The receptionist took great care of arrangment of vehicles for site seeing, going back to Haridwar Station early in the morning, necessary requirements for the rooms, etc. While booking for the hotel accommodation also for paying the advance, the person who attended the internet service was very patient in understanding the problems faced and helped me a lot. We will certainly stay only in this hotel during the next visit and we will recommend this hotel to others going to visit Haridwar. Thanking You for valuable services.

It was below average experience for me. The towels n other things in the hotel were not clean and restaurant was not there.
Probably when i will come again to haridwar i would like to search for any other hotel.

Overall housekeeping was below average.Toilet was dirty.Soap quality, towel etc were not good.Bed sheet was not properly clean.Room service was OK.
