This was the second time I stayed at this Jalandhar hotel. Overall interiors have improved since then. The checkout time is not comfortable. Secondly, the blankets provided were not good.

We have booked the hotel well in advance and also made the proper inquiry about the facilities, but once we checked in to the hotel and payment made , they are not following with us in any situation , we got the confirmation that , the hotel will provide the internet facility , and when we got in to the hotel , hotel guys was saying they do not have internet at all. Was making stupid arguments and not able to make any alternate arrangement.
