hotel sai mahal was undergoing extensive renovation. They have put me another hotel nearby without extra charges. The hotel is brand new. reception was very good with LCD t.v. in the rooms. Staff are very friendly.

The front desk service was excellent. However the cleanliness in the room and especially the bathrooms needs improvement. In fact a new approach towards the bathrooms upkeep , maintenance of sanitary fittings and also the bucket and mugs is immediately required. Even the signal in the TV needs to be improved. There also should be one or two extra electrical plug points near the bed for charging mobiles etc. overnight.
