I have booked 2 nos 3bed capacity AC room for one day. I paid more with tax for 2 AC triple bed room. But when I reached shirdi and approached Hotel subidha they have issued 2 non AC 3bed capacity room with minimum amenity.I want to know why I have been provided with Non AC room with bare minimum facility? What is the matter ? kindly investigate.
