Value for money Hotel Location Cleanliness Staff Service Restaurant Stayed on July 13, 2011 Would you stay in this hotel again? Yes Guest Comments: The service of the hotel was overall good. However, a common problem through out most hotels in ooty is the non availability of hot water despite the guarantee by hotelpushpak for 24 hrs hot water facility. We travelers are not used to cold climates and facing cold water for use is a very difficult issue. The hotel we stayed in was kind enough to provide hot water on request and daily provided hot water from 6 am to 9 am. But i assume that hot water geysers are supposed to be a basic entity in all hotels or am i mistaken? Apart from the hot water issue i think the hotel i stayed in was quite appreciable.
