Value for money Hotel Location Cleanliness Staff Service Restaurant Stayed on December 26, 2011 Would you stay in this hotel again? Yes Guest Comments: i and my friend(we are doctors) we had a conference in mumbai so through net we got to u.,and the problem we faced was.,as my friend accompanied his wife there was a need for marriage certificate to be produced as a proof of couples. i am not blaming this may be appreciable thing but the sad part was when we booked the hotel we were not informed clearly what are the documents supposed to be produced there!as we reached in the early hours of morning after a long journey we felt pity for ourselves as we were asked to wait in the reception for more than half an hour to convince the manager that we will get that faxed once the shops are open by 10 a.m.,and my friends wife she was also terribly upset by such a welcome in mumbai.
