Value for money Hotel Location Cleanliness Staff Service Restaurant Stayed on April 20, 2012 Would you stay in this hotel again? No Guest Comments: Last week my mom and my few relatives went gaya..and i had booked their stay at Hotel Saraogi in two regular ac rooms. In anyways, I was contented with my decision as this hotel was near to the railway station. The next day, when my relatives reached gaya, seeing the condition of the Hotel , they canceled one ac room out of two,and took two non ac room. The females of the party stayed in ac room where at the end they found that ac was not working due to power off and there was no arrangement of generator. Coming to the cleanliness part the room was not tidy enough and even when they asked for the bed sheet change, it was not properly done... Overall my relatives ended up with discontentment and i was screwed up for booking their stay in the hotel Saraogi...
