Value for money Hotel Location Cleanliness Staff Service Restaurant Stayed on April 23, 2012 Would you stay in this hotel again? No Guest Comments: I have stayed in very many hotels across different parts of india. It is the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. Never expected this sort of Shabby service from a 2 Star rated hotel as recommended I checked in at 5PM . I demand a refund since the AC in the room was switched of at 11PM till the time of check out next day at 12noon. Room service the worst ever seen. Untrained manpower. I say , I was duped . Rather I was cheated for a days stay for a shabby stay. If the switching of the A/C is considered, their operating license should be canceled. I am a keralite proud to say that i belong to that part of the country and I never expected such a shabby service from my gods own country.
