Value for money Hotel Location Cleanliness Staff Service Restaurant Stayed on May 24, 2012 Would you stay in this hotel again? Yes Guest Comments: I stayed with my family for two days. Hotel location is good but the moment I entered, I was little disappointed as the reception and adjoining area and waiting lounge was not cleaned for years. Rooms are comfortable but definitely not cleaned properly. However the staff was good but a little less efficient. At the time of booking I was promised complimentary breakfast but the hotel staff refused. Overall stay was comfortable and I am reasonably satisfied though there is much scope for improving room conditions.
