Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment, and a confirmation email will be sent with booking details.
• Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Check-in / Check-out

3. Cancellation Policy

5. Liability

• The hotel is not liable for lost or damaged items left in rooms or on hotel premises.
• Guests are responsible for any room damage or loss of hotel property.
• Valuables should be kept in the hotel safe or deposited with the reception.

6. Conduct

• Guests must adhere to hotel rules, including:
• No smoking in rooms or public areas
• No pets allowed (except service animals)
• Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
• Disturbances, misconduct, or damage may result in eviction without refund.

7. Amenities

• Hotel amenities (Wi-Fi, gym, pool, spa) may be subject to specific rules, timings, or temporary closures.
• Use of amenities is at the guest’s own risk.
