Booking & Availability

How do I book a banquet hall at Hotel Pushpak? +
Simply fill out our online booking form. Our events team will call you back within the hour to confirm availability and discuss details. No payment is required at this stage.
How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for weddings and large receptions, especially for peak season (October–February). For smaller events like conferences or birthday parties, 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient.
Can I visit the venue before booking? +
Absolutely. We encourage site visits so you can see the halls in person. Call us to schedule a complimentary walkthrough with our events manager.
What is the cancellation policy? +
Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel and the event type. Our events team will walk you through the specific terms when you confirm your booking.

Capacity & Halls

What is the maximum guest capacity? +
At Hotel Pushpak – Kalpana Square, our largest hall (Lotus Hall) can accommodate up to 600 guests. At Pushpak Hotel & Convention – Dhauli Square, the combined Ashoka + Maurya Hall setup can host 1,000+ guests.
How many halls do you have? +
Kalpana Square has 8 halls ranging from intimate boardrooms (5–20 guests) to the grand Lotus Hall (up to 600). Dhauli Square has 3 premium halls — Ashoka, Maurya, and Maya — which can be booked individually or combined.
Can I combine multiple halls for a large event? +
Yes. At Dhauli Square, the Ashoka and Maurya halls can be combined to accommodate 700+ guests. Please mention your guest count when booking and our team will suggest the best configuration.
Are the halls air-conditioned? +
Yes, all banquet halls at both properties are fully air-conditioned.

Catering & Menu

Is in-house catering available? +
Yes. We offer full in-house catering with an extensive menu covering Indian, Continental, Chinese, and regional Odia cuisine. Our chefs specialise in wedding banquets and large-scale events.
Can I bring my own caterer? +
In most cases we require use of our in-house catering, which ensures consistent quality and hygiene standards. Please discuss this with our events team if you have specific requirements.
Do you offer vegetarian and Jain menus? +
Yes, we offer full vegetarian, Jain, and custom dietary menus. Just let us know your requirements when booking.
Can I arrange a food tasting before the event? +
Yes, food tastings can be arranged for confirmed bookings. Speak to your dedicated event manager to schedule one.

Do you provide decoration services? +
Yes. We offer in-house decoration for weddings, receptions, and other events. You can also bring your own decorator with prior approval.
Is parking available? +
Yes. Kalpana Square has on-site parking, and Dhauli Square offers ample parking space for large events — one of its key advantages.
Do you have rooms for guests? +
Yes. Hotel Pushpak – Kalpana Square has 35 rooms available for event guests. Complimentary rooms may be offered depending on your booking size — ask our events team for details.
Do you assist with photography, mehendi, makeup, and barat arrangements? +
Yes. Through our network of trusted vendors we can help arrange photographers, videographers, makeup artists, mehendi professionals, barat cars, and procession lights. Ask us when booking.
Is a dedicated event manager assigned to my event? +
Yes. Every booking is assigned a dedicated event manager who coordinates all aspects of your event — from setup and catering to vendor coordination on the day itself.

Pricing & Offers

How is pricing calculated? +
Pricing depends on the hall, number of guests, menu selection, and additional services. Contact us for a customised quote — there is no one-size-fits-all price.
Are there any current offers or discounts? +
Yes. Hall charges are currently waived as a limited-time offer. At Pushpak Hotel & Convention (Dhauli Square), there is also an additional ₹5,000 off on food price. Call us or mention these when submitting your booking request.
Is there a special offer for the Convention property? +
