Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before making a booking or using our services.
1. Booking and Payment
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation will be sent with booking details.
- Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, UPI, and other methods as specified.
- A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure a booking.
2. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM; check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may incur extra charges, subject to availability.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
- Room keys must be returned upon check-out.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in to avoid charges.
- No-shows may be charged for one night's stay.
- Changes to booking dates or room categories may incur additional charges.
4. Room Rates and Charges
- Room rates are subject to change without notice and may vary based on seasonality or special events.
- Additional charges may apply for extra services including room service, laundry, and valet services.
- Guests will be billed for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.
5. Liability
- The hotel is not liable for lost or damaged items left in rooms or on hotel premises.
- Guests are responsible for any room damage or loss of hotel property.
- Valuables should be kept in the hotel safe or deposited with reception.
6. Conduct
- No smoking in rooms or public areas.
- No pets allowed (except certified service animals).
- Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Disturbances, misconduct, or damage may result in eviction without refund.
7. Data Protection
- Guest personal data is collected and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
