Room Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read this policy before making a room or group booking.
Individual Room Bookings
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before arrival are 100% refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival are not eligible for a refund.
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Group Bookings (5 or More Rooms)
- The 72-hour refund rule above does not apply to group bookings of 5 or more rooms.
- Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 15 days before arrival.
- No refund is available for cancellations made within 15 days before arrival.
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
